I would like to say that every time I come to this location it is excellent. The food is always fresh, customer service is... excellent and my order is always correct. This review is actually in hope to catch upper management attention. This particularlocation is great but the location on Highway 10 and Raider dr. is terrible. I've spoke with the DM for that location about theissues and nothing has been done. It really seems like its only the night crew at that location. Read more
CHANGE/CLEAN YOUR OIL PLEASE. Dirty fries and tacos. Not sure if you use the same place for these but they were both covered in... unidentifiable burnt sprinkles ???? This location is a hit and miss. You never know if you'll get decent food. Maybe needs newmanagement. Read more
They need to fix that speaker, it's broken and they know. I ordered the big breakfast platter and told them to replace the eggs... and hashbrowns with extra sausage. When I got to the window I asked for extra butter and syrup. I was running late to work, butwhen I opened up my bag, they didn't give me extra sausage and it turns out the "extra butter and syrup" was just the regularamount they a supposed to give you! That's the first time I've been to that location, but never bothered to go because there isalways a line. This is the last time I'm going to this location. Read more
Sat in the drive thru at 815 pm on 9/29/2022 for 10 minutes and no one responded over the intercom. 4 cars were behind me so i... drove up to the window. I asked to speak to the manager. Two employees got a third. She told me they must have missed me andthat i needed to pull forward. I asked for a corporate number and she gave me a false number on the back of a receipt(provided.) They would not give me the name of the employees working. One of the employees then told me they are very busyand that was the reason why no one responded for 10 minutes. He then told me I was lying about the wait time. When I refusedto move, another employee then came out and gave me the actual corporate number and the name of the manager "Margie Martinez,"but asked me to not call it. Ended up across the street at Braums where they had my order taken and completed within 5 minuteseven though they were busier. Read more

Went through the drive thru and the young lady on the speaker is rude doesn't greet and doesn't say thank you at the window... asked her for some ranch and she didn't bother to put any in there she just said its in the bag , Iooked and of course therewasn't nothing in there,so I had to get out of my truck and go get it myself, I'm a store manager myself and my employees areyoung to but they do greet and day thank you, maybe your store needs to train the whole team very bad service , I love jack inthe box but not this one anymore......
