The laziest people work here. Horrible customer service. Was ignored by the two big girls at the front for several minutes. They... looked at me and kept talking twice. HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE food. My order was all wrong and fries tasted old. There was two workers just standing around talking... and looking at us. One of them was also talking on the phone. Finally they proceeded to take our payment. Once again we waitedmore just to get everything we didn?t ask for. There was a long line behind us and we didn?t want to go back and wait more. 10/4/23 @ about 12:10. After having one of the worst experiences at the whataburger up the road who ahd plenty of staff, was... relieved to interact with more professional and smaller staff at this location. Order taken and served within about 5 minutes.Fast and with a smile. Chris was the person who took my order and served me, thanks for the great service after a horrible timejust up the road. I went through the drive thru on 6/14 at about 1:15pm and I honestly have NEVER been treated as rudely as I was this afternoon.... When I pulled up to the window the cashier literally just stood there. She never said a word. Not hello. Not your total is.Nothing. Just a blank stare. I handed her a $10 bill because certainly it couldn't be more than that, right? Then the cashierjust shoves my bag out the window. Still never said a single word. She handed me my drink and then my change. NEVER. SAID. A.WORD. I have never been anywhere where the cashier doesn't at least say hello or thank you. I hope she was at the end of hershift because she literally made me feel like I was bothering her. Read more
I did research a few weeks back and noticed that I had a location near me that?s open 24 hours. I?ve been stopping by before... heading to work early part of the morning. I?ve been there at least 6 times and every time I stop by the employee says thesystem is updating. I understand this can happen but every time I stop by it?s updating. Can the updates happen at a differenttime not too effect the same person every time? Read more
