I'm allergic to tomato's as well as ketchup. I always order my food without either. With that said, this location does NOT make... food fresh as you can clearly see in the picture that they wiped the ketchup off, and drenched the burger with mayo to cover itup. I had to use my last EpiPen as my throat started to close. Thanks Jack for making this trip a costly one! The drive thruemployee had a really bad attitude, which should have been a warning to me. But, I figured since they are supposed to make yourfood to order, they'd follow simple instructions. This was NOT the case. I give this location a solid F, and if you have anyfood allergies, stay away! They do not care for the people who pay their salary. Employees should be ashamed of themselves!Basically all restraunts on this stretch have horrible service but none have ever come close to killing me like this place.Consulting an attorney first thing in the morning for their flagrant disregard for food allergies! Josie was very friendly and made ordering quite easy, with handing out our order directly to our table. The tables as well as... the floors were mopped clean and the bathrooms quite sanitary. All in all will come back with my family to enjoy another dinein. Read more

Rotten.. we keep giving jack in the box a try cause it?s what we ate for years but every jack in the box has gone down hill in... Fort Worth worst service in some stores but food quality just terrible in all stores. Tonight was the last time food tasted likeit?s been sitting for hours and just thrown in the microwave. I'd give it negative or no stars if I could. I love Jack In The Box, we eat there at least 2x a month back in AZ. So I figured... stick with what you know. First of all the drive through menu appeared to have been burned or something (see photo). 2nd of allwe asked for Tiny taco sauce but was told "I don't think we have that anymore" without even looking. Yet the menu board insideindicates that they still sell Tiny Tacos. Let's discuss my husband's breakfast burrito. How anyone with ANY pride in their workcould wrap and serve a breakfast burrito that is open on both ends and torn in the middle in such a way that the contents spillout (please see photo) is beyond me. I've worked fast food. Take the extra few seconds so there's no risk of needing to remakeit. No, I didn't ask them to remake it. I just wanted to leave. Read more
