Went thru the drive thru late night. Ordered a big breakfast and drove less than a mile to get home and everything was cold even... after placing it in a Door Dash bag to drive home. Read more
I'm really disappointed in JITB. Never know if they are going to be open or if you have to order online to pick up in drive thru... or if they aren't taking any orders at all. But they always there. Lights on look up and running but mostly anything late night,you will be turned away by drive thru associate. Read more
Bad customer service, they speak to you like if you owe them something. They have an attitude problem. Only 1 young lady... during the weekend AM was very kind and had excellent customer service. Read more
I usually go to this jack in the box and have no issues. I went tonight and got a jumbo jack with no cheese. They put 2 slices... of cheese on there. One slice was still cold like they pulled it out the fridge and it was thick, not a thin slice. You have onejob. It's not that hard. Read more
