Used the drive thru option, they got my order wrong and fixed it. I asked for a Loaded breakfast Sandwich, They thought I asked... for a Breakfast Jack and Iced coffee. It took a few extra minutes but it was worth it, the sandwich was hot and fresh...yum! Read more
Me and another car proceeded to wait at the drive thru for 5-8 min while we waited on someone to answer to take our order. No... one responded, came to find out employees were inside. Just didn?t want to work, ( this was at 4pm On a Tuesday) they alsolooked at us crazy through window instead of telling us that they weren?t taking orders. Read more
I love jack in the box but I should really stop ordering from this location. Idk if it's cause online orders don't get as much... attention but everytime I order something is missing. Either a whole side or special instructions being ignored. and food isn'tbothered to be made fresh. Read more

Wanted some tacos at 10:30pm and when I get there, there is a car blocking the drive-thru and it looked like it was done on... purpose. Every time I visit this location it's always something wrong, either the ice cream machine is down or its burgers onlyor it's close when it says it's open 24 hours. Read more
This JnB has the best late night staff. They are friendly, usually pretty fast and I've never had an issue with accuracy. I get... what I pay for there. I sometimes go out of my way to stop there because I prefer that location. Like them for their food servedfresh & hot and their late night crew that always delivers with a smile! Read more
I had bad service the lady was rude she did not repeat my order she did not say thank you the tacos were pre-made and very... greasy the grease was coming out of my bag and you can tell the tacos were not drain and I will never come back to this store..I used to work at Jack In The Box and that's not the way you're supposed to treat the customers.. I have never had a bad experience here until today! The manager got upset because I wasn?t moving fast enough to grab my drink... from her and slammed it down and slammed the window in my face.
