Went thru drive thru they forgot my fry's second time too
I am a 51 year old military veteran. I was frequently patronizing this establishment. I recently became homeless and was using... the restaurant's wifi to search for resources, and help to get myself off the streets. David, the Store Manager, is the rudest,most inconsiderate person that I have ever met. He ran me off, with threats of calling the police, just for being on theproperty. I guess that is the local Fort Worth Jack N the Box way of saying thank you for your Service! As close as we are to amilitary base, I hope that's not the treatment that all servicemen get from Jack N the Box ?? Read more

This location is the best! Stacie the Manager and the other manager and all the workers are always so nice and the lobby always... clean, I really enjoy the spirit and attitude in this place! I run a shop. Time is money to me. I usually don't have time to wait for food too long, especially a Saturday. I was treated... very discordially by someone who identified himself as the general manager. My crew and I are regular customers at this locationdue to proximity. Might have to find someplace else after this. Read more
This restaurant actually has an amazing staff?? Food was freshly pre-pared and pickup was fast. They have always had great... service. If I had been at the on 30/W. Freeway it would've took 15 minutes per car. You guys rock. Keep up the GOOD WORK???? Read more
