Stay in your car. The dining room is closed. Mobile order? You're SOL buddy, enjoy that 9 car drive-thru line as your food just... sits inside the restaurant, getting so soggy the curly fries are just regular fries by the time you get them. Disregard theemployee family members that are hanging out in the dining room, it's a private party and Jack isn't even invited. Read more

Absolutely terrible soggy food and customer service. Out of everything in regards to fajita meat, salads, etc. Was laughed at... and called Gordo in Spanish like I don?t speak Espanol. ugh now I have to contact corporate, I know the store is honestly not going to care. I just want my money back. My food was OLD... and COLD! My egg rolls were SOGGY, my fries were COLD and my nuggets tasted frost bitten): my shake tasted like cleaningproducts .. wth jack in the box. The meat inside the egg roll was literally DARK BROWN. I?ve never seen it look like that. Whenthey?re fresh it definitely doesn?t look like that at all. It tasted so disgusting I spit it out immediately. The nuggets tastedso disgusted! When this location first opened, they were great. Fast service, smiles, and hot food. The past few times I've been here, it's... been... Not great. Watched a manager walk outside talking on the phone and a cook had to come up from the kitchen to complete myorder a few weeks ago. Waits are longer and longer. Today, the intercom was completely jacked. You couldn't hear or understandanything the employee was saying. The wait was pretty bad, but the fries were luke warm. This is a newer jack in the box located in the alliance towne shopping centers. When we went for lunch during the week,... everything was made fresh. That was great! Only downside was it made for a long wait BUT that's worth it for fresh, hot food.The staff were nice. Read more

Really bad customer service. We have been to this place for 3 times and every single time the cashier provided unnecessarily... late, very poor service. First, they always have their both front-back doors closed, even though the online ordering app shows?at the counter? carryout option. First time they opened the door when we had to knock, this time the cashier guy was so rude,did not open the door even after knocking multiple times and waiting 5 mins on the door, he even never looked back and pretendedhe is not seeing us wait. Then we had to go back on the driveway and wait 15 mins while our order was to pick up fromcounter. Very cold behavior from cashiers every time and they work super slow. They should shut this location down. I don't speak Spanish nor do I want to hear all the employee's speaking spanish, maybe at... the Northside location, not this one. Ordered two teriyaki bowls and the cluck sandwich got home which is 15 minutes away andthe chicken on my cluck sandwich was harder than a piece of balsa wood, it was unbelievable like it was cooked twice on purpose.Usually I would just throw it in the trash and make a sandwich, this time I drove back and asked the associate if she would eatthis wood sandwich.. Sandwich was replaced, That's called responsibility. Good customer service would be apologizing profusely,replacing my sandwich and now cold fries and offering a refund.
