ugh now I have to contact corporate, I know the store is honestly not going to care. I just want my money back. My food was OLD... and COLD! My egg rolls were SOGGY, my fries were COLD and my nuggets tasted frost bitten): my shake tasted like cleaningproducts .. wth jack in the box. The meat inside the egg roll was literally DARK BROWN. When this location first opened, they were great. Fast service, smiles, and hot food. The past few times I've been here, it's... been... Not great. Watched a manager walk outside talking on the phone and a cook had to come up from the kitchen to complete myorder a few weeks ago. Waits are longer and longer. Today, the intercom was completely jacked. You couldn't hear or understandanything the employee was saying. The wait was pretty bad, but the fries were luke warm.
