Came through to get some food while on my way to work. Got to my destination and discovered my fried items had been badly... overcooked and were basically burnt. I went back at the end of my shift and asked for a replacement. They were extremely busywhen I came back but the employee was incredibly kind, very friendly and was more than happy to replace the overcooked items.I've eaten here before and didn't have any problems with the food itself in the past. I can say without a doubt though, theyalways have top quality employees working there who treat others with respect and even when the drive thru is a mile long, theyare still polite and kind. I went to this Jack in the box yesterday with my wife. Went through the drive through. Sometimes it?s a lady with curly blonde... hair she?s always a delight to see. They were closed to inside ordering and dining due to staffing issues. Okay, nobody wants to work since COVID arrived, so I... can't gig them too hard for that. The really irritating thing is one person in our car ordered chicken tenders and he got eggrolls even though the receipt indicated tenders. Even if everybody working there was on their first day, mistaking egg rolls forchicken tenders is inexcusable. Read more

I went in to purchase gift cards. No one was working the counter. I had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged even though I... made eye contact with 2 employees. When I told the person who finally waited on me that I wanted to buy gift cards, she said itis too hard for her to do. I asked if anyone working could sell them to me, she said "no". She did apologize. I'm not sure ifthe corporation would like to know that there is a store that won't sell gift cards. Read more
