This place is now CASH ONLY. We were here for a quick break and the manager (in red shirt) and employees were not hospitable.... Only one employee was running around and was good with service. Manager was shaking his head if we asked few questions on theorder. Didn't pass our order for service. He just stood there, I had to go to kitchen and tell one of the employees doing chitchat that my order is not fulfilled. (I understand they were not busy at 5pm). On top, manager kept the change despite askingand didn't give me receipt until asked. I had a really lovely time this late morning. She ordered an omlette and I ordered the new gru's evil steak burger. Her cheese... was sour tasting and smelling on the omlette. Then she ordered scrambled eggs dry, but they came out wet. So she was notsatisfied. My burger was edible. The meat was burnt a bit and the macaroni was good though. The Jalapeños were super spicy andnot how it's pictured on the menu. They are not nearly as grilled as I was thinking I guess. I loved them, even if I wassurprised. The wait was not very long for breakfast, their busiest time of the day. Once we ordered our food was brought but it was not... very hot only warm. One meal asked for hard scrambled but were soft instead. The coffee wasn't hot as it could have been . Thisvisit to IHOP was mediocre at best. Read more
The pancakes were pretty good, buy my chicken tender were burnt and dry. I'll stick to pancakes and just get them to go. Our... waitress rarely came around, never refilled our drinks. It took forever to get a check and as well as to pay it. Read more
Food was good! The man (in red shirts) that were the Hosts were very nice!! The waitress for our table was rude and had attitude... from the beginning of us seating down. She put in our order wrong, hardly checked on us to see if everything was okay. Whenleaving our check she didn?t talk to us and just placed it on the table as she walked by. However when we went to the registerto pay and someone else was ringing us up she told them she would do it. She had a better attitude and thanked us after she sawthat my partner left her tip. IHOP is one of my favorite casual dining places, and my kids love it. Whenever we have a house guest, we make sure they get a... taste of IHOP. The kids love going there late at night, when everybody in town is asleep! The best part about this place? Goodquality food, and service second to none. Read more
Do not go here. Go eat somewhere else. The food is good but the wait staff doesn't measure up. My eggs were done wrong and my... waiter didn't write anything down and of course got it wrong. He was very inattentive and it didn't seem he cared. His name wasJosias. That spilled coffee was there the entire time, right above the plate. He didn't care. Read more
My food arrived cold. I imagine the reason it took so long was that it was left sitting quite a while. My eggs weren't lukewarm,... they were cold to the touch. Fortunately my friends were luckier. We all enjoyed the gingerbread hot chocolate which we finished20 minutes or more before we got our food. I hope they are able to get more help Read more
