Ordered big & golden with cheese and extra sauce with 3 pieces of chicken dirty rice , big order of poppers and a pepper.... Repeated the order several times. It still came out wrong, no extra sauce on the sandwich, small instead of large order ofpoppers, no pepper. They correct the popper quantity and supplied the pepper. Gave them the sandwich to get the extra sauceadded?when I got home, no extra sauce. Just doused in red pepper, no extra sauce. Could not eat it due to the pepper spice.Ruined the dinner. Read more
I visited this location on Tuesday October the 11th. I vent in the dining area. Long story short I went to get something else... after I got y food when I was waiting on my change I saw 2 roaches where they have the boxes for the to go orders. I told thecashier but don?t know if she told manager. I ate some of my food but I just couldn?t eat more just thinking about what I hadseen. That?s unacceptable for any restaurant. Read more
10/11/2022 6PM I?ve been coming to this golden chick for 3 years. The manager on duty was bitter. I asked for the zing powder... and while her employee (who was very nice) was getting me some. She tauntedly said we don?t have any you?d have to buy the canfor 8.99 to get some more. Ruined our dinner. Thanks Read more
This Golden Chick is the first one my grandson and I had when to, when we use to live with our Aunt and uncle. We ate there... again, and it was remolded a little bit. Still very polite employees. Clean as always. Great food, and I got their new spicychicken sandwich. My grandson always just about gets the same thing. Read more
My favorite location to visit the workers are so friendly food always hot and fresh. Easy access plenty of parking if you... choose to dine in. And yes the spicy chicken strips are yummy. Also try the chicken salad is good good. They have roastedchicken as well if you want another option other than fried. Read more

Horrible service. Asked for two more hot sauce packets. Couldn?t hear her and asked her to speak up. ?Not allowed to give out... more than 2..bye? manager needs to fix this or this place needs to close. Not clean, not friendly, don?t ask nice for extra evenif you want to pay for it. Read more
