The first time we ordered here, it was amazing. The second time, it was just okay. The third time was AWFUL. We got a cup of... ?beans? with no beans in it. Literally just? bean water. The pollo Frezko bowl was missing half of its ingredients (it was abowl of rice and a little bit of chicken.) we had to cut up vegetables at home to make it passable for a meal. The queso was ina container smaller than before and was only half full. Not to mention so thick it could not be dipped into, and was hard. Wehad to thin it out with milk. I?ve been twice now, and I just love this place. The portion of the fries and nachos are large enough for two to share (at... least, two). I?m so sad to be writing this review because I loved this place. Today I ordered Frezkos from Uber Eats because I am working... today. I bit into my quesadilla and there was a long black hair cooked into my food! I?m trying not to puke just thinking aboutit because it was obviously in my mouth. That is absolutely disgusting and should not happen. The reason I am writing thisreview is because there is another review saying the same thing so obviously they are not taking proper steps to make sure thisdoesn?t happen. It ruined my appetite and I can?t leave to go get new food. Sadly I don?t think I?ll be able to eat hereanymore. Now I have to hope Uber will refund me for this food because it is ruined! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE BEFORE LEAVING. I WAS LEFT VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I GOT HOME TO EAT. I am a... frequent customer of this location and I have never had a problem with my food until today. The baja shrimp tacos I had orderedhad nothing but shrimp and tortillas. Used to love this place. Ordered the Chicano fries today with a side of rice to add on top. Found a hair between the fries.... Disgusting. Employees should be required to wear hair nets or at least a cap. Read more
First time here after seeing it for some time; so glad we finally stopped in! I had carne asada, carnitas, and barbacoa tacos.... Son had the carnitas nachos. Husband had his tacos fully loaded, while I kept mine simple. We will be back. Definitelyrecommend! Read more
Food was above average, I have had a better asada burrito from chile pepper grill... but overall 4 out of 5. Service was great,... cashier was polite and took our order easily. Food was brought out to us in a timely manner. The issue I had with this place wasthe atmosphere, it seemed like the a/c wasn't working properly or the place was not ventilated well, it felt stuffy and humidinside. The restrooms could have been a bit more clean also. In conclusion, we will be back for more good food! Read more
