Paid $14 for one burger, all in. It's supposed to be made fresh to order, so I was surprised to get my order 1 min after I sat... down. It was cold. Took it back in and they made me another, less cold (NOT HOT, NOT FRESH) burger. They made this reorder inabout a minute as well. I should have said something but I was done fighting them. Don't be fooled when they yell out from theregister to drop your patties on the grill. Now, 5 GUYS IS KEEPING PRE-MADE PATTIES OFF TO THE SIDE LIKE MCDONALD'S TO MAKE YOURORDER. First time here for me and it was not too good. You are supposed to know your burger comes with nothing in it. No one tells you... it's plain not even mentioned in the menu. Fries and drinks are too expensive. The burger may be the only thing worth the money. Read more
This is the first time visiting a five guys that I was truly disappointed. Employee handed me a cup by grabbing the inside. It... had a greasy thumbprint inside. Our sandwiches were both put together very sloppily and fell apart immediately. The cheesewasn?t melted. My grilled mushrooms were cold even though the sandwich was just made. Employees started cleaning before wearrived at 8:25 and the place smelled like chemicals. A very unappetizing experience. I don?t come to this location enough toknow if it?s always like this. Whenever I go to Five Guys, I always get the Little Cheeseburger, small fries (well done, so they taste a little crispy) & a... small drink. First of all, the staff @ the S. Hulen location is always friendly & the restaurant is always kept so clean! Thetables are constantly being wiped down & ready for the next guest, and the floors always swept clean. Great job on cleanliness,u guys!! ???????????? Secondly, what I love most about them, is how I NEVER have to deal with eating "cold" fries, because theyALWAYS cook the fries "after" your burger is made so that your fries are nice & hot & fresh! AND, if you're a fries person likeme, the fact that you get a good number of fries with your meal, satisfies my tastebuds, as well as my appetite! ???? Five Guys is a pretty good burger. Feels like it's expensive for what you get, but it's quick, a little better than a drive... through burger, and their fries are where it's at. If you didn't know they don't use frozen fries, they have them cut from freshpotatoes and sitting in cool water until they're fried. They're the real deal. Read more
Went here with wife and mother-in-law. One bunless jr. burger. Two regular burgers, two fries one drink and one milkshake. $62... dollars!! This is ridiculous. Years ago this place was a decent burger for a fair value. No longer! What a complete rip off. Youcould eat a great meal at a sit down restaurant for these prices. I like 5 Guys Burgers. The burgers are great and so are the fries. You can build on your burger at no extra charge and they... always put more fries than normal into the bag. Had the Jr bacon cheese burger whit fried onions, mushrooms, pickles, lettuce,and tomatoes. It was tasty. Read more
Nope not paying $50 for a hamburgers! Never had 5 guys and never will. Red Lobster next door was less expensive and I?m sure... taste better. Good luck on staying open. Read more
