Our favorite brunch spot when in Alliance! Delicious food and great service. We started with coffee and some Kale Tonic. We... thought the juice was a bit too sweet, so we?ll ask for less apple juice next time. Logan is the BEST!!!! She makes you feel like you?re at a Mom and Pop breakfast place with their hilarious daughter! We eat here... at least 3 times a month and they never fail to deliver amazing service with incredible food! The staff is friendly andattentive and I see how Logan handles business with her servers and how they and the patrons love her. She is a jewel!!! Birra style Barbacoa quesadilla topped with poached eggs and holandaise sauce, black beans and Pico on the side. It was amazing.
I go to this first watch very frequently and it?s because of Michelle. She is super nice and always attentive. I never have to... wait around. I had brunch here with my mom friends this morning, it was delightful! Our server was timely and polite, and our food was... brought in a reasonable time. It probably took about 20 minutes for us to start receiving food but that was great for me since Ihad ordered the Morning Mediation drink with an added immunity shot. I wanted to have that digesting a little before havingfood. I will definitely recommend the Morning Meditation, it does have beets, turmeric and ginger which you can taste but it?sdelicious! The immunity shot has elderberry which add a little sweetness (not too much and helps offset the turmeric). One ofthe other ladies ordered the Purple Haze drink which had lemon, sugar cane, sweet pea tea and lavender. It was a pretty purpledrink. For food, I ordered the Trifecta. I got the waffles and requested bananas on top, with scrambled eggs and chickensausage patty. I thought it would be too much food but I ate every single bite! I wasn?t stuffed either, so it?s enough food forone person if you wonder about sharing. Some places like Cracker Barrel gives you way too much and you end up taking it home,but not here. It?s a healthier breakfast joint! I would visit again just for the Morning Meditation drink. The food wasdefinitely delicious but I was amazed at the flavors of my drink. Thanks First Watch! Had the ?Pork Green Chili Hash?. When I ordered Robert at bar told me I had not made a mistake. He was right!! (And a great... sever). Excellent! Great and deep flavor profile, Cholula not necessary.
