The staff here is wonderful! I was last minute getting dinner a few days ago and as I pulled up to pick up my food, their credit... card machine went down. Instead of just telling me they couldn?t help me, they comped my meal. Having a hungry family anxiouslywaiting for food, it was so nice that I didn?t have to go looking for another place to get food. This is unfortunate and I hate to be that guy, but the service has been on a steady decline. Nothing but teenagers working the... window and with that the bar is set exceptionally low. Ordered $33 of food for the family and got one bag and a small drink. Sothe list of overlooked items were: No large chips and queso No large chips and guacamole Small drink instead of large No mashedpotatoes with my daughters meal And the BRC burrito which stands for beans, rice, and cheese, was just rice rolled into atortilla with no beans or cheese. Very interesting considering I?ve never seen a rice burrito before. Like I said, tough spot tobe in, but when you look at a screen and see a large order, how can you kick out the order that?s missing so much or screwed upso badly and keep a straight face. Read more
I came to El Pollo Loco to get my free birthday meal, but the manager acted like she did not know about it. I wanted to get my... free chips and guacamole but learned the you can not redeem two rewards in the same order. Not until I found the verbiage onthe app that says that indeed you get a free meal on your birthday, the manager stated that she would prepare one to take home. I hope my experience serves you well. 1st time. Was looking for nachos. The prices don't match the online menu which was odd. I still ordered . Chicken nachos were... decent but a little much for a smaller sized bowl so some of the chips were soggy due to how heavy it was on top. Also orderedthe 3pc combo, chicken was ok but the skin was over cooked. The corn is good, rice was ok, service was not. I dont reallyunderstand the tortilla & chips on the side with the combo thing. I stopped in to grab a Taquito salad, and I had such an awesome experience with the manager Billy and Aaron. They had such... upbeat attitudes and were so courteous. I've been going here almost weekly for most of the year and can say that service and food quality have been excellent 100% of... the time! Katie is doing an incredible job and setting the standard for how food service should be! Uncle Julio's could learna LOT from her! When you've finally had enough with long lines, DILLIGAF workers, messed up orders, and "food" that isliterally killing you at Taco Bell, give El Pollo Loco a visit! Read more
