Edit: Employee remembered they accidentally messed up my order one time and credited me a free drink. Definitely top knotch... customer service. This location is pretty good overall unless you get here during a rush. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes ormore if you find yourself in it. Other than that the drinks are pretty good and their app is great for getting free drinks. I dowish their consistency was better in terms of making drinks but maybe with time that'll fix itself. Love this location. Their customer service is outstanding. They always make you feel like a friend. Their lines are usually long... but they always get through them pretty quickly. I was so happy with how nice they were to my dog. They asked me if she wanted apup cup before they even took my order which made me happy. I think she was very happy too. Read more
Bought this $7 (with $1 tip) Nitro cold brew 'on tap' and made it back to the car with a half empty drink after 3 sips. We went... back to ask if we could get a little less ice just to find out that the drink is actually served by a single can per drink. Ifthat's the case why charge me extra for a large? $6 for a canned drink and false advertising of being "on tap"? Yikes. Read more

This newly opened Dutch Bros is staffed by mostly experienced Broistas from local stores, so even on grand opening day the drive... thru service was smooth as glass! The coffee was great! I love that the locations are popping up everywhere. Now on to the 4 vs 5 Star. While I don?t expect it, I... recognize business that support our military and first responders. Both Coffee 151 and Black Rifle Coffee give a 10% discount. Irealize Dutch Bros is based out of liberal Oregon. But they need to support our military and first responders as well. I'm historically not a coffee drinker. My family recommended Dutch Bros to me. They have great drinks. Love the variety. I... have two complaints with these guys. #1 I have ordered the same drink several times as I'm a creature of habit and havereceived the same drink 5 different ways. One time they don't put the soft top on our maybe they forget the sugar on top. Obviously changed the taste but the drink is still good just not as ordered. #2 they are extremely slow. The last time Istopped by I went through the drive through because there were only 2 cars in line. It took over 15 mins to get my one drink. The time before the drive though line had about 6- 8 cars in line so I went to the window and it still took 15-20 mins.
