Visited Saturday 10-08-22 to grab a mocha from the drive-through. I was very disappointed in the speed of service which was not... at all the usual. There was someone associated with Dutch Bros. directly in front of me and not only slowed down the young mantaking orders in line to chat with him but also sat for 10 minutes chatting with the window server, all while a line of 6+ carsbuilt up behind me. She had on a Dutch Bros branded sweatshirt. If someone needs to chat with associates why not go in the storeand have a quick meeting instead of making what is usually a 5-minute customer wait 15 minutes? Love y'alls coffee and usuallyget great service but this was uncalled for and not very professional. Read more

Perfect coffee place! I absolutely love this place for taking a coffee. The queue is always short and the staff is amazing. They... are all super friendly and supportive - especially the girls in the window are wonderful :) They always chat with you and wishyou a wonderful day. This place is a taste of home for my Oregonian wife, always a beautiful experience. She just had wisdom teeth surgery and wanted... something cold to help out. The young gentleman at the counter today really made her day with how sweet and knowledgeable hewas. Thank you for being amazing man, pI hope your surgery goes just as well as hers (fl awless I hear) and the recovery lesstime. Please give this man a raise or bonus, he deserves every penny!! Great coffee!! Better than Starbucks! You must try them. There are new locations opening up all over the metroplex! Ask for a "... soft top" on top of any drink. It's like marshmallow cream. Even better than whipped cream! Read more
Amazing! I?m a Starbucks lover but I now have a new love!! I asked for something sugar free and they helped me pick the perfect... keto iced coffee!! Did I mention it?s even cheaper then Starbucks and they have a rewards program too!! The energy from all thetrainers and employees is amazing!
