I'd never heard of Dutch bros when I pulled up but they certainly did not disappoint. The coffee here is fantastic. They don't... overload every drink with sugar and creamer unless you ask for that specifically and they don't burn the coffee like other bigchain coffee places do. Every single time I've come here, I've felt like a very valued customer. The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the... drinks are delicious and very well priced. I absolutely love this place, especially this location, and will continue to visithere often ???? also, my husband and I grabbed coffee a few days after his birthday, and they decorated his coffee and made himfeel very special. The workers were very kind and fast. The drink however, was not very good. I got the strawberry freeze or whatever the Dutch... equivalent to a shake is according to them and it was made with a syrup that was extremely sweet. It didn't really have anatural strawberry flavor and it was just way too sweet. This was my first time there and I may try something else if I goagain, but this visit was a bit disappointing. Cold brew Nitro iced coffee , with half & half and 2 splenda..... you won't be let down, no carbs very low calories. And the... caffeine you need to get $#!+ done. Lol. Great place gotta try it out. Great service as well. They are the Chic-fil-a of thecoffee world. ???????? Read more
My latte was tasty and the line was fast and efficient with friendly staff . The menu items are different so they helped me... understand what the options were. Not sure I like the sippy cup lid that sticks up from the cup but I just took it off to drink.Loved the music playing while waiting in line. FYI, there is only outside sitting so take that into consideration if you arelooking for a spot to do some work. Read more
I absolutely love coming here. In fact, I look forward to it! It really gets my day started. Starbucks is dime a dozen. You... overpay for a hyped up coffee that barely even had a single shot of espresso. Dutch Bros you can buy with confidence knowingthat you're not drinking solely sugar. It's more mellow but not bitter. Its incredibly smooth coffee. I highly suggest tryingthe Caramelizer iced with soft top. I add oat milk in mine. But overall I pay less than $7 even with adding a dollar in extras.That's a large coffee too. Read more
This location has got to be #1 rated in all of the DFW metroplex. My Momma, Becky and I went there for the very first time on... the way home from a dr. appt. and desperate for coffee. Marcus at the window greeted us with a smile and then took the time toexplain the menu, choices, flavors and the app! Danny(sp) barista, handed us our coffees and was as sweet as ever. My Mom can'tdrink too hot of coffee so Danny asked if she could add a few pieces of ice in it for her. To me, that is "real customer care"!
