So I put in a mobile order at 5:30 this morning. AM. It was 2 dozen pumpkin donuts for my kiddos class to be picked up at 1:30... pm. Apparently the app doesn?t send the crew the order when it?s out in put rather at the time of pick. It?s just insane thatcorporate does this to their employees. So my order wasn?t prepared and there were even enough to cover my order. Tone of thegirls got to making them ASAP. She was so nice and helpful. I needed them at the school by 2pm. She worked so hard to get themdone. It?s just ridiculous to put them under that stress when all of this can be prevented by simply sending mobile orders inwhen placed so the crew can be ready and organized , not caught off guard. It was very good, I don't usually like donuts but they have flavors that I adore. My family was a little bummed they ran out of... glazed donuts, but that isn't their fault. I work fast food too and I know it happens sometimes. Also, they always make mycoffee very good and exactly how I order it. Will definetly keep coming back. Read more
I?ve been here several times and it?s always hit and miss, but today I went and order my normal ice coffee and a shot of... expresso on the side. They did not give me that they just added a shot to my coffee. I was really nice and told them that wasnot my order and how they messed up and they said had to charge me again for another shot of expresso even though I alreadypayed for one and when I gave them my coffee and ask for a new one without the expresso shot they took it kept it back therefor a minute and then gave my the same one back pretending they changed it. Literally the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my life. This is the third time in a row I went and they had no... chocolate Donuts. The 2nd time I went, they told me they had NO DONUTS at 3pm. Doesn't your store name literally have the worddonut in it? My God ??????????? I tried to call before I went to check, but of course the phone kept ringing with no answer. Itold my girlfriend today to pray for me because I was going to try to get donuts, and was hoping they wouldn't be out, but theywere. Prayers unanswered, there is no God. Poor customer service from manager. I had to go and order a wake up wrap twice and waited and waited. The second time never... received anything so got up the third time and asked for my wrap. The manager confronted me saying I never ordered it so Iasked to speak with the employee that took my order. She did not let him speak and also tried to call me a liar about ordering amuffin saying they were sold out when I clearly showed her that I had half of the muffin I was eating. I ordered 50 special order variety got 25 and none of my special ordered. Then the ice latte was completely bitter as i had... sweetened things in it. Then gave me a bagel but Not the kind I ordered.. they don?t look at the details of the app orders andsloppy.. We came looking for the spider donuts. A friendly blondish girl, advised us that they were out. A young girl with short dark... brunette hair and glasses in the background blurted out ?THIS IS ALL WE HAVE!??but didn?t even look our way. I asked the girlwho was helping us if they would have it in the morning, she said that she thinks so. I told my child that we?ll try for itagain tomorrow and asked what she wanted today. The other girl then turned around, flailed her arms and abruptly said ?We?rejust the evening crew, we don?t know what the morning crew does. So if they?ll have it, I don?t know.? I dont know what I did toget under her skin. May I suggest that she do more customer service training? Hey, but the coffee and donuts are good!
