Order delivery and unfortunately it never arrived I have to go up to the store to pick up my order and the man at the front was... very arrogant he did not even greet us just stared at us up and down continue doing whatever and asked us what we needed when hefelt like it. This is not the first time that this happens that we need to go up to the store because they take more almost anhour to take your order to our home it's ridiculous at this point they only had one person working on making the pizza and onedriver this establishment was half decent back in the day and now it's just full of young kids that don't really care I triedcalling before going up there and the phone was hung up on me more than twice hopefully the issues in this place get resolvedthe whole point of us ordering delivery was not to take her kids out in the rain Read more
A very disappointed customer. I went in to pick up my order. As I walked in I was greeted by a homeless man, that asked me if he... could help me finish my food before I even picked it up. Had to wait over an hour for my order. Customers came in canceling theeorders. Cook was in the back scratching himself and wiping his hands on his shirt while making pizzas without any gloves. Veryunsanitary. I don't understand how the workers are able to watch Hocus Pocus on Netflix while on the job. Very unprofessional.After receiving my order I got home and my kids were furious. The pizza was undercooked. Garlic bites were soaked in butter. Mycinnamon twists were garlic bites covered in cinnamon sauce. At this point I'm done with this Domino's location. Read more
This place basically stole my money. Didn't offer a refund even though I didn't get all my food and would not even take the cold... food back for exchange though it took over 2 hours to get here from down the street. Didn't answer the phone until the 15th timeI called. Manager hung up on me. Go to pizza hut. This place is a scam. I emailed the response email several times with noresponse. They made sure to update my total to get the driver tip though. I got an email coupon offer for 20% I believe. As if Iwould trust them with my business again after being stolen from. Read more
Will never place an order at this location again. The location was extremely dirty, very long wait time and the lady in the... front was very rude. Not to mention the pasta portions seem to have been reduced my half. Read more
The front of house is very disappointing, everything looked dirty and this is from the visual aspect. Recites that looks like a... mountains, phone equipment on the stove ? The phone was ringing the whole time and not one person answered, also a gentlemancame in to cancel his order because it had been 2 hours since they ordered and they tried to call in but since no one answeredthe phone he had to go in and cancel it. Like Dominoes the order came quick. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage thin crust. It had NO Sausage! I thought well, they are... busy I'll throw some cheese on it and give them a pass...the pizza was COLD!!!!!! The driver got here too fast for the pizza tobe fresh and cold at the same time. So I call the number and they WILL NOT ANSWER!. Okay you won this round, but no more ordersfrom me!!!!!
