Love getting cold pizza from this store. If wait times are 2 hours for delivery don't cook my pizza and let it sit for an hour... and a half. Poor management. Still not as bad as the Pizza Hut on McCart. Read more
Very disappointed with the wait, the customer service, and manager. Nov.16th I place an order at 3:21pm online my arrival time... was between 4:12 & 4:31 at 5:30 a whole hour after not receiving my food I called spoke with a manager that told me the best hecould do was remake my food to make sure it was fresh. Like really were you going to send me the old pizza that's been sittingthere 2 hours due to you having one driver. You would think that went without saying. He said that's the best he could do. Makemy food fresh or give me my money back. Remind you I never asked for a refund. I just had the right to know why it would take 3hours to get my food. Because he told me it would also be another 30 minutes or SO!! Which is ridiculous. So from 3:21till nowbeing after 5:50 I'm still waiting on food. With not a care in the world. Because he only has 1 delivery drive. Customer servicehas to do better. Because a courtesy call would have went a whole lot farther than telling me there's nothing you can do butmake sure my food is fresh by remaking it or give me my money back.. I never post reviews , but I was disappointed today . I ordered through the call center and my order got canceled with in a... minute . I called and they had me on hold for like 30 min , the person who helped me from the store was nice and apologized .When I got my pizza delivered it was cold and my wings bearly had any sauce on them ! I paid $30 for a small pizza & 8 piecewings plus delivery , really wasn?t worth it ! On top of that my order took about 1hr or more to be delivered . Read more
Ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery while at work. Driver took the order to the wrong address. Waited 30 minutes on the... phone trying to find our order, finally someone answers and tells us we have to come get it and hangs up on us mid sentence.Sent someone to pick it up and they gave him the run around, then refused to remake our order after it had been sitting on thecounter for over an hour. Your food is good my kids love it that's why I order it every single week for them. I order wings for myself every time and... every single time y'all forget my sauce / dip. If you can, order pick up and select pay at store to save any potential financial disaster as UNFORTUNATELY places are low... staffed and we are still in a PANDEMIC and they may need to close early. Now that the PSA is done this location is PHENOMENAL!My pizza is always perfect and I am always greeted with a kind face and speaking tone, even on the days I can tell that they areslammed and understaffed.
