Tonight I had one of many bad experiences with this Dominos location over the last 5 years. Ordered my pizza, had to call them... to get the pizza out the door with a delivery driver. Would it ever have arrived had I not called? I?m loyal to the store anddominos as a brand, just wish this store didn?t disappoint me almost every time. Read more

I dont leave reviews this situation needs an audience. Placed a pickup up order around 10:30. It was immediately canceled, so I... called the store, and no one answered. I headed to the store in case of an off chance that they were having technology issues. Inoticed the store closes at 12 am. As I pulled up, I noticed the young gentleman was sweeping the floor. As I walked in, Iheard several phones ringing and observed him switching off the ovens. As a prior franchisee with Domino's in the 1990s inSouthern Ohio, Owning Ohio Pike and Eight Mile Road. As well as working for Southern Ohio Pizza Inc. DBA Dominos With Lou andhis son Chris Metro as an area supervisor and General Manager for years, I get that some employees will take matters into theirown hands, which is what I believe has been done here. When I asked him if they were open, he said we were closed, I pointed outthe time on the door, and he replied that it is due to trick or treat, and they were closing early. I stated it said nothingabout that online and treat or treat is typically a busy day for the store. He replied, "Well, I am here by myself, and I haveto clean up this whole restaurant, so I am closing early" this entire time the phones were ringing with zero Intrest in evenattempting to answer the phone. This is not the expectation that Mark of Excellence operates under. A very disappointing eveningwas looking forward to enjoying some pizza. Read more

They make the pizza right which is great, but never remember to update the online food checker. So I'm stuck in "quality check"... for usually about 45 minutes wondering where my food is, and don't get an answer until my pizza shows up lukewarm (don't knowhow because I know there's warmers) an hour after I order it. I wouldn't be upset if this didn't happen EVERY single time I'veordered from this dominos. Finally get the (cold) pizza after an hour and 20 minutes, AND THE PIZZA WASNT EVEN RIGHT. Read more

Ordered through the app. Got the notification that my order was ready but when I got here it wasn?t. I had to wait for like 5... minutes but that was fine. They handed me the order then I double checked in my car and it was missing the steak. They had toremake it so I waited even longer? while I was waiting the employees were joking around and not really paying attention. One ofthe employees asked another employee why we were still waiting. And sure enough the pizza had been ready for a while. Thisisn?t even the end of it. When we got home the pizza wasn?t cut! None of this would have had happened if you guys were payingattention. Also be respectful to your customers! The lady answering the phone calls was making rude comments after hanging upthe phone. One of the customers had been trying to place an order for an hour so they called for help. The lady was being of nohelp so they ended up hanging up the phone. She said out loud that it wasn?t her problem and that she didn?t care. From now onI?ll just drive to the Pizza Hut across the street. Read more

I order extra pepperoni and additional cheese every time and this is what I always get. $26 not including tip for this, barely... even had sauce on it. If I ordered regular pepperoni and cheese would there be only one piece of pepperoni and maybe a Kraftsingle?? Read more

UPDATE: 6/16/22 Tried once again 5 months later. There's 1 piece of chicken for half a sandwich and the pizza crust is burt.... This is ridiculous. This is the 3rd time they have massively screwed up an order or just canceled the order for no reason. Youcall to fix it and are on hold forever with a SUPER annoying recording. Needs serious management help. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited an hour and a half for my food. Called the store to see where it was considering the... ?tracker? said it was out for deliver. I live 7 minutes from the store. Called and spoke with management and his response was ?Idon?t know what to tell you, it?s out for delivery, I have no way to get in touch with my driver. Call back in 10 minutes ifthey aren?t there and we will refund it.? Waited and nothing. Tracker said the driver was on the other side of the highwayfurther from my house than the actual store. Absolutely ridiculous. When the food did finally arrive it was stone cold.Definitely will never order from here again. Read more

Online order was the wrong size and all the wrong toppings. I ordered a large Alfredo sauce and got a medium, funny thing is... they got the box right????????. Pizza probably was for a different customer and was placed in my box. Very bad attention at thestore to allow something like this. Called the store but they just won't answer. Wish you could pick a different store as itseems this one just doesn't seem to care about their customers. Edit 10/21 Copy paste response from owner.... Makes one feelthey just want to "look" like they are trying to help for other reading their reviews. I have doubt they even read what happenbut rather just look for low reviews and paste the response. Very disappointed with this honestly. Read more
