The food was just greasy, soggy bacon, hash browns undercooked, no butter on the toast.....just really poor quality. I wondered... why they were not busy on a Saturday morning. We stood at the register to pay for a long time before the girls talking in theback decided to take care of us. This is a shame me and my husband stop by there and they only had two people to run the whole restaurant. And it is not the... workers fault it is the manager and the name of Denny's if you can't run it right then shut it down that is not fair to putpeople in your customers in that predicament. This used to be a really really nice dentist right there by the mall it was great.Maybe the general managers or the owners need to take a good look. We sat down waited waited then we just walked out. Food was terrible. Only half of my Super Bird sandwich had meat. The other had tomatoes. Bread was soggy. I ask for crispy... bacon on it. Nope they couldn't do that either. My daughter's pancake were cold. I don't think I'll be coming back. Read more
staff was nice mostly the manager. we ordered the all you can eat breakfast and they brought us only pancakes and we waited for... 10 minutes for the rest just for them to tell us they didn't know it came with the deal we ordered. then the pancakes were wayyundercooked so most of the food was uneatable luckily the manager was kind and understanding and helped us out. I had an order in on Doordash that the dasher ended up tampering and eating part of. I had called several times to confirm and... eventually headed down to get confirmation and replacements, to which I found that the place is absolutely packed and terriblyshort staffed. They're working their arses off and still providing good food and great customer service and wanted to ask ifanyone from corporate sees this everyone here deserves a raise and a few more hands on the floor. Took wife there on Mother's Day for waffles because that's really all she wanted... she was craving them since she is pregnant.... She was pretty bummed out when they said they "discontinued the waffles" ???????? and then the guy who runs the place sat thereignoring the fact that we were having a problem with the skillet they brought out. It was ridiculous (see photos) ; what I couldonly describe as japaeno barf - it looked and tasted like they just dumped wolf brand chili on a skillet and threw cheese and anungodly about of peppers on it (the chef could be heard throwing a tantrum in the kitchen when the waitress mentioned it... hesaid it was only a handful of jalapenos- he must have some Shaq sized hands). It ???????????????????????????????? had over 60jalapenos (I counted) - the lady told me it came with an egg so I told her "over medium please" and then when it didn't actuallyhave an egg included in the dish, she came out and gave me attitude (basically yelled) while the guy in charge just didnothing... Didn't even look up at the disruption and he was standing less than 10 feet away in LaLa Land; and we were the onlycustomers besides one other old couple. This was the worst Mother's Day brunch ever. They never once offered to make it right.If I could give zero stars I would. And the bathrooms smelled like the penguin exhibit at the zoo. Filthy. I still can't getover "we discontinued waffles" - like... ???????????? ????????????????????????? ????????'???? ???????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????... ????????'????????????????????????????. Place is very understaffed. Pretty clean though. The food was easily the worst we've had. Cold. Burnt. A few of the strawberries... on my wife's pancakes were moldy. Poor servers just running trying to keep up. Place needs a good look over by headmanagement. I'd pass on this one if I were you. Trust me. Read more
