We came with a family of 6 tonight. I asked for a table, it was 5 and a highchair. I did not mind waiting for the 40 minutes,... after all it was Friday night. We sat in our car no problem. We got the call and they said that the table was ready. We walkedin and they said the booth was ready. I explained that we asked for a table because we did not want the highchair on the endwhere hot food would be passed over the baby's head. They offered a booster. She us too little for that but we had already had 6people waiting 40 minutes to eat,so we would try it . He walked us to a FOUR seat booth ...for SIX people! We walked out ...nota let me clean a table for you ...not a how about the empty patio.....not a I am so sorry .... absolutely nothing. You need totrain your staff alot better. You just let a ticket that would have easily been 100.00 or more with drinks walk out thedoor. All because your customer service skills are very lacking Read more
The food came fast. The avocado soup was good. The rice was ok. This restaurant is nicer than other locations. The waiters and... waitresses are very nice but we did have to ask for a couple of things twice. Read more
The very best Mexican restaurant in the area. The bartenders, servers, management team, and cooks are the best. They all make... you feel like you're at home and part of their family. I eat there once or twice a week. Once you eat their salsa you'll behooked. Read more
We?re probably about as ?regulars? as you can get at this Cristina?s, we?re there at least 2-3 times a month. Lots of Wednesday... night fajita specials and Mondays for the enchilada dinner special. The Margaritas are great, the service very consistently goodand the food always great. There are several decent Mexican restaurants around us, but this is our favorite. The salsas areawesome, the hot version upon request is very hot! We like the fact that with every 10 dines, we get extra $ off. The managerskeep things good. Read more
