Great service, place is clean and the ice cream flavors are good. You can even customize from the base to all the flavors.

The ice cream here was really unbelievably creamy. Something about the liquid nitrogen process makes it so thick and delicious... and it never seemed to melt even in a triple digit evening. We concur with another reviewer who had mentioned some cleanlinessissues. The thick coating of dust and filthy windows, sticky chairs and tables.. all seemed unnecessary and easily remediedbased on the number of employees working. Additionally, the employees themselves were a bit disheveled. Also worth noting, they were out of many items in the suggested menu. Pricing was complicated to figure out as it was listed differently inseveral places. Either way though, you will be posting a premium price for this novelty confection. In fact, it was soexpensive that it will probably price us out of a return visit. You can expect to post around $7-9 for basically a small twoscoops of ice cream in a paper cup. If it wasn?t so dang delicious, I?d probably rate the place lower. The bathrooms werelocked and they were not allowing customers to use them. One pre family came in with very young children and we?re a bitdesperate to use them and were still denied. Read more

We really enjoyed Creamistry! We had the Chocolate Combustion, the Affogato, and Grace had a pup treat (whipped cream). It was a... 110 degree day in Fort Worth-so we were thrilled they let Gracie join us inside! The price is a bit high, and the sizes are onthe small side. But the friendly staff, showy presentation, and the decadent flavors are worth it. Read more

Great way to make excellent fresh ice cream, cool to watch but employees could be more out going, welcoming, interactive, if I... was the manager that would be a requirement for employees. Engage the customer with southern hospitality that lacks. The threestars are for quality of ice cream and ingredients. The two remaining stars are because of the customer service experience, we have eaten here ?Many, Many Times?. Smile y?all! Ice cream is suppose to make people Happy! Read more

We went to another creamistry months ago, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take what seemed like 20 minutes to get... our two orders done this time. My biggest complaint however, is that the ice cream just doesn't taste that good. Yes, it's verycreamy, but it doesn't have any real flavor. I can't put my finger on it, but it's like missing vanilla and other depth that icecream has. This is like extra creamy frozen milk with a touch of sweet. Read more

Was out and about in Fort Worth and decided to go for a new ice cream place. We found Creamistry and we were intrigued. Big... variety of flavors and toppings on the menu to choose from. It wasn?t very busy when we arrived, there was 1 group in front ofus and they already ordered. We were a group of 3 and ordered 3 things. There aren?t very many tables in here and of those, onlyone was clean. The other 4 or 5 tables were covered in sticky icecream remnants. After waiting an unusually amount of time, werealized we never heard our name and a different group of people took our order. We only realized this because one of the peoplein the other group realized they didn?t get coffee icecream after taking a bite and gave it back to the girls working thecounter. The girl at the counter then proceeded to try and hand it to me and said they didn?t touch it. I asked them to remakeit as I was not comfortable accepting food items that have been handled by a group of strangers. The chemistry theme is cute, but it?s easily looked past when you realize a scoop of icecream is $6+. On top of that, they gave someone in my group one ofthe most burned waffle cones I have ever seen. Skip this place and go find a local Fort Worth ice cream shop. My go to iscalled ?Melt?. Dirty tables, dusty light fixtures a few feet above your ice cream, not my type of place. Read more
