Won't be back. I ordered through Doordash to pickup. I guess he was an owner or manager or something. I couldn't get my food due... to some confusion on an order that had nothing to do with me. I was asked to show the order with the name on it which in theDoordash app it doesn't show the name, if you are the customer picking up your own order. The worst chicken experience I've had in a long time. The guy was rude, assumed that I was done ordering, rushing me through,... then was annoyed that I ordered more. The food wasn't near what it used to be I took a chance on their new item The smokehousecombo which was half of a chicken but it was more like half of a sparrow! Then I had the nerve to ask for honey for my honeybutter biscuit he said they don't carry honey they just put it on top of the biscuit they don't have packets and that thatlocation never had carried them, little did he know I grew up on that side of town and went to that church as often as a childthey used to have honey all the time very poor service very poor food did Dr pepper make sure it's way off was nasty. The food is always great, I've literally never had a complaint about the food here. It sometimes takes a while to be attended if... you're on foot, but the service is always polite (at least with the Hispanic lady or the Manager). Read more
