During a brief stay in the area, a friend and I ordered from this location online and in placing the order I was detailed as to... the order, condiments and napkins and to use the sealed packaging. Sad to say , food items were missing, no requestedcondiments or napkins and the drink order, as the food was delivered unsealed. Unacceptable! Seal all food and drink ordersthat are to be delivered for safety of the Customers food and drink. Especially when they specifically asked for that. Also, check the items as you prepare the bag to go out ensuring All the items , napkins and condiments are in the bag. I didn'tappreciate not getting all of what was paid for and requests ignored. Came here through the drive thru, didn't receive the gravy for the chicken fried steak, my tea, besides that we where in a rush... and . Although we were told it would be brought out in 10 mins, had to wait for 25 mins and go in side to receive the food..ended up being late to my appointment. And head to reschedule for a week later. The first time I ate here it was good... But this last time took the cake.. I waited over 30mins in line ordered a family meal... .. Paid over $50 , chicken was cold and disgusting.
