I ordered quite a bit of food. The line was long and the wait was equally as long. I ordered a small order of chicken tenders to... accompany my meal and spicy breasts separately. The tenders and spicy breast were over cooked and not fresh. The remainder ofthe order was freshly cooked. I?d return and request freshly dropped food and hopefully have a better experience. It's been a few years since I've been to this location. It started going downhill but I absolutely LOVE Churches chicken and... missed having the quality I was used to. Other locations missed the mark. So I thought I would try again. I went today andtalked to the manager and told him how GREAT the chicken was. It was hot and fresh and most importantly fried in fresh oil.Everyone was nice as well. Will most definitely be back! Read more
I don't know what to say about a place with a fry person wearing a hearing aid who is not able to communicate with the 2 ladies... working behind the counter making the food waiting on chicken from someone who has no idea what they are saying or just didn'tcare. This person at dinner was dropping chicken tenders to order. The young lady as we ordered asked him to drop 3 more tendersfor my wife's order. He didn't. The timer went off when the tenders were done he didn't drop the tenders.she asked again to drop3 regular tenders the timer went off he dropped spicy. Owner management we waited ignorantly on our part after of course payingwhen you order 40 mins for 3 chicken tender meal and 2 PC meal because the person you had on the fryer moved like he hadconcrete shoes on and did not say 1 word to the ladies who were beyond frustrated, calling someone to let them know this personwas not doing the job. They forget something every single time I order from them. The first time I ordered 12 biscuits and I got none. I?ve had a lot of fried chicken and biscuits and Churches really does have the best ever! RAW CHICKEN, IS CHURCH'S SERIOUS!!!! This experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Especially for a fast food establishment that... feeds many, many families around Fort Worth. This Place was Terrible! My Chicken was Dried Out and Hard. My Biscuits were Hard and Crumbly. It is Also Greasy Chicken! They... Need to Clean this Place up. And The Help are Not Friendly!
