The commercials look amazing and the steaks look great however the place was disappointing. It was like a subway, you walk up... and order, the food is in the small containers and they sprinkle small pieces of meat or chicken on your plate of choice whichis paper, steak was impossible to chew. the people were friendly but the food was disappointing and nothing like the beautifulcommercial grill. Ordered with the app, got there after the app said the food would be ready and still waited almost 30 minutes at the window.... There were no other customers in line. When we finally got our two burritos and one quesadilla, the girl at the counter casuallymentions that they are out of cheese and lettuce. Ordered queso, noticed it wasn?t in bag?cashier said she didn?t charge me for it, so she rang it up separately?got home and... found both receipts in bottom of bag?turns out she?d charged me the first time.
