Totally would give this 0 stars if that was possible. Walked in at 9:02 on a Sunday night. I walked in and stood there for 5... minutes while three employees are within 6 feet of me having a conversation about something random. One employee was puttingtogether what looked like a long online order. He said to the other employees ?hey can you help him?. I?m kinda busy with thisorder?, they then look at me AND look away and continue to have their conversation. I almost just left but with this being theonly thing open at this hour I stayed!! This will be my last visit at this Chipotle, always some sort of issue with every order. Ordered online since lobby was closed,... asked for extra chicken and toppings. What I got was a loose tiny burrito that wasn?t anywhere near my order what was actuallyon my order. I watched them make it in drive through and they barely put anything on there, including the extra chicken that IPAID for. Could have gone to taco casa and got a better burrito, what a waste of money. Read more

This location is horrible! EVERY TIME we come in to get food they say they are out of guacamole or chips even though there is an... abundance of them always sitting there. ?That?s for online orders only?, is their answer every time. I just don?t understandthat. Walk ins should always come first. If you have the food, then sell it to your customers. On top of that, why are theyalways out for walk in customers? On several occasions we have just stood there and ordered online and waited for them to makethe order and give it to us. It?s absolutely stupid that we have to do this. I guess that customer service at its best. We havenever had this issue at any other location. Read more

This location is going downhill fast. Today we found both of our kids menu tortillas full of mold. They?re always short... staffed/zero customer service, always forgetting to give us something (we frequent once a week and it?s always something missed)and the food never tastes how it should, on top of they?re always randomly closing their dining area and make you do drive thruorder only at random times. If I was the franchise owner of this place I?d be pretty embarrassed. I will be driving all the wayto the Roanoke location going forward. Pretty disappointed consistently. Read more

I ordered through door dash today and when we received the order it was actually incorrect. I tried to contact DD and they... wanted to give me a credit for less than the missing items were. I called Chipotle and Harvey the manager made it right. He wentabove and beyond what was expected and it was truly appreciated. We will definitely be back based on the customer service alone.Thanks Harvey! Read more

Food for the most part was tasty, but the chips were super stale, the staff didn't seem to be having a good day (which happens... to all of us, granted), and the prices keep going up. Chipotle is delicious, but it is almost about to price itself out of beingworth the money. There was one very sweet lady behind the register, however. Tip of the hat to you, Madame. Read more

If you're ordering online be careful! I suggest the Roanoke location. I ordered 2 burritos and ended up getting the complete... wrong orders! I couldn't check on anything til I got home but even then, when they gave me it they walked away immediately. Iwas so frustrated as they do very good in person, of course. However, online from this location is very iffy. I put a picture ofmy order on the sticker that is correct and what I actually got. It is not at all what I asked for. :( Read more

Location is closed to dine in or in person ordering due to staffing. Ordered online instead. Drove around to pickup window to... be told they had to cook more steak and would take 5-10 minutes. Instead of asking me to park in a pickup spot to wait, told meto circle back around if anyone pulled up behind me. Had to circle around 3 times. There were four workers inside. So notsure of the staffing problem. Got food finally and it was super lack luster? not good ? not fresh ? didn?t even look appetizing. Sitting like a rock in my stomach now. Won?t be back to Chipotle? far too many other restaurants if we need a quick meal. Unfortunate, because Chipotle used to be good. Read more
