We went through the drive through to ask if we could order there because we had a dog in the car and she said that we have to... order inside. My sister went into the building so I could stay in the car with our dog, she came back and said that the workerswere very rude to her bc she asked if we could order from the car. I understand how the building works and that there is noregister for the drive through, but the fact that we came in and still gave them our business and they were rude to her for noreason was uncalled for. I don't think I've eaten at Chipotle before....if I did, then I don't remember it amd this would be my first time. Had the Pollo... asado burrito bowl on brown rice, tofu, black beans, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. It was SO big!.... But iate it all! The chicken was a bit dry and salty, so I think i will pick a different protein next time. Will definitely eat atChipotle again. Read more
Beware the guacamole upcharge - especially for tacos! I just got stuck paying $18 for three tacos. At the register I was baffled... so I asked if they had the right order. It turns out that they charged me $2.55 for EACH dollop of guacamole - I almost paidmore for three scoops of guacamole than the meal itself. They also never told me there would be an upcharge in the first place.I felt robbed and wanted to walk away on the spot.
