This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The rice is usually crunchy, they run out of food often, and the portions are... like that of ship thats lost at sea with no rescue in sight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHIPOTLE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!! Youdefinitely do no get your money's worth here. This place has issues, I have had multiple problems here, but I will just tell you about the last one. I placed my order in the... app. When I arrived to pickup my order the lane that was backed up around the store 15 cars maybe, and they were not moving. Wewaited for 30 minutes then someone came out and told us "they ran out of food again". You can get a refund from corporate orcome back in the morning for your order. I'm done with this one. We just picked up 2 burritos from the Blue Mound and Basswood Chipolte location. All the years I have eaten Chipotle, I have... never had a problem. Tonight, when I trustingly took the first bite- UGH! FISH! The chicken taste like fish! I GAGGED! I evenwent online to your menu to see if you served fish, and maybe you mistakenly added fish instead of chicken. You should dosomething to remove it quickly, before someone gets very ill. You can smell it tomorrow when I drive it up back up there toyou. Hopefully no one else got sick. Not that you'd know yet, because AI answers the phone, and speaking with a person is noteven a choice. THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was very surprised to read your reviews in the last few months. Whathappened? They all indicate that the cleanliness, service and quality of your food has declined dramatically. Which is sad,because you were a very healthy, popular, and conveniently located restaurant that was a confident choice in the neighborhood. I've Had It!!! this was absolutely horrible barely rice beans or Sofritas. Just meat juice and sour cream. The last 5 times I've... come this location they are always out of something or my rice is not done but this just takes the cake!! this looks disgustingI can't eat it. I?ve noticed the food prep has not been as good. I always order the peppers & onions in my bowl and recently they have been... large wedges or large chunks instead of sliced thin. Also bit into 2 hard pieces in my guacamole. Only ate about half my bowlthis time. Very disappointing. Hope they get better or none of my family will be going back. Read more
Cold food, their "bowls" are more of a cup, it's freaking half empty for a 9 dollar bowl.... Order somewhere else or another... chipotle. Will not be coming back Read more
Disgusting, cold, no chicken, I got a burrito bowl and it came with hardly any ingredients. My bowl was barely even half way... full. Terrible service kids there don't care. I ordered online and asked to add sour cream I didn't know I was going to get abowl of it. Never returning to this location. I advise you take your money and business somewhere else. If gas wasn't so priceyand if I wasn't busy I would have returned to complain and ask for my money back. What a waste of my hard earned money ????. Read more
We went there at 9:20pm doors were locked and employees turned off the light when they saw that we were waiting for someone to... talk to us. We thought that maybe they were just short on employees or something might have happened. We decided to give it atry the next day ordering online and picking up. Our queso had pieces of steak in it, which was fine since we are not vegetarianbut still odd. Our bowls were missing toppings, (corn salsa, queso, and tomato salsa) the bowls were not filled past half of theof the paper bowl. Read more
