Visited this location tonight and HAD to leave a review. Came in for a pick-up order, sub-par would be a complimentary... description of what we received. Whoever prepared the food had little regard for customers, which leads me to the real complaintabout my visit. A gentleman with a prosthetic leg fell in the outdoor dining area, clearly hit his head, and had to readjust hisleg ? just to give a description of how hard he fell. I offered assistance to him, but then I went inside to inform the mangerabout the incident and to suggest that he too go check on him. The manager informed me that he saw the man fall, but there wasnothing he could do about. Another employee then began to laugh about the incident. When I suggested that it might not beappropriate to laugh when someone is hurt, she notified me ?she can laugh whenever she wants.? The manger then went on to saythat the gentlemen likely fell because it had previously rained. However, it had not rained for at least 48 hours prior theincident, so, clearly Chipotle has a drainage issue, or the water originated from some other source. Regardless, it is theresponsibility of a business to ensure its grounds are safe, accessible to all, and most importantly, to treat each customerwith respect. Chipotle, your employees represent your brand. Poor service and a lack of humility are not the image you want toportray. Read more
