Service was 5 star's, but I need to remember that I just don't like the food there anymore. It dosent carry the same freshness... and flavor it used to. You can tell when the food is made with out love. Huge BBR fan and I've completely lost my desire to eatthem at Chili's which is what they used to be known for. Usually, if you've been to one Chili's, you've experienced them all. I was honestly surprised at the friendliness of our server... (Connor, I think) because he was assigned a huge area and was also the bartender and host. But he was thriving and it wasawesome. In his shoes I would have loved some help, but I hope he made $$$ from his tables that day. The food was alsodelicious. I get lunch from another location pretty often, and that same dish's quality can differ wildly depending on the day.This location was on point though. The food was great and the bar drinks even better. There was not a line and we were seated immediately.
Hands down the best Chili's experience. We went here for dinner on our anniversary weekend and we didn't say anything to our two... waiters, Devon and Brent. Yet, it was as if they knew as they went the extra mile in everything. Amazing recommendations (likethe honey chipotle chicken sandwich) and super attentive service. The food too was great and we learned that this particularChili's is testing new products, so that was pretty cool too! For sure, Brent and Devon made this a solid experience. I had to wait a long time to be seated, this location wouldn't let me use the coupon in my email during lunch but that was NOT... included in the list of exclusions AND I have used it with no problem at other locations. The server said him manager felt thatusing a free appetizer coupon with lunch was a "double promotion". Finally, I needed to leave but the server took way too longto come back to check on me so I could ask for a to go box. I think that will be my last time at that location (Fossil Creek). Read more
