I waited in the drive thru for over an hour and they still got the order wrong. I ordered a 12pc family meal with 2 family... fries. They literally game me 8 and no sides. They kept handing me incomplete items with no bag. A line full of hungry people.There was a new person working the window who was messing up the orders. He should have been getting supervised by atrainer/supervisor. The supervisor should have stepped in at some point. This isn?t the first time with them taking so long.They also now started to charge a card fee without notice or display of the new card fee. Bad customer service and needs newmanagement! Read more
Defintely go here if you like to have no gravy with your 50$ order. Also package includes stale fries, cheesesticks stuck... together and not even hot and some stale spicy tenders to top it all off! Read more
When this location first opened everything was perfect unfortunately over the last few months everything has declined from food... quality to service to extremely long waits. I waited 27 min today in the drive-thru the excuse was there were only 2 employeesthen after Wasting half my lunch hour and my money the food was greasy and horrible! Ill just drive further away to anotherlocation until this management group figures out how to run a business again! Read more
Chicken Express' chicken livers are a guilty pleasure of mine and a hidden secret to most people. Fried chicken livers do NOT... always taste good. The batter has to be light and for me the gravy has to be really good. Chicken Express has some of the bestchicken livers that I have eaten. As with any fried chicken place, you have to be patient when you order chicken livers. Mostpeople think they are disgusting and the restaurants almost always have to cook them only when they are ordered. But, you willalmost always get a super fresh dish because of this. Went there yesterday and was greeted by the gm and he was SUPERR generous. The food was fresh the tenders were FAT and my frys... and fried pickles good and crispy. I will definitely be coming back with my kids and grandkids and if i could id give this 6stars Read more
I pulled up around 9:35 pm last night only 4 cars In front of me guy took my order about 5 minutes after I arrived , waited in... line , was moving super duper extra slow finally got to the window,(around 10:15 pm they had already closed they weren?t takingorders anymore) the guy told me give me a second thinking they where still working on my food and out of no where looks likesome of his family pulled up behind me and he want outside took them their food was their talking for a bit , 5 minutes later hecomes back to the window and tells me ?man theirs no more chicken ? like really?
