11-5-22-I only give this 4 starts bc I had an issue with the online ordering process. I thought I was ordering delivery and it... even asked me to include a tip, so I did. Only to get a text saying my order would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. So Icalled and spoke with a very nice lady named Michelle only to inform me they were only set up for pickup thru third party andwere in the process of getting their own delivery set up. She offered to refund my money which I would have to wait a few daysfor a manager to do. So I decided to go pick up my order. She remade my order so it would me hot. When I ran out of the storeforgetting my drink, she came after me and brought it to me. This girl is going above and beyond for her customers and I wishher well in her future career. I don?t understand how you don?t have an option to get sauce instead of the traditional gravy. As much money as you spend... there, you would think they would at least give you an option for flavor sauce instead of the gravy. I understand whyChik-Fil-A is so successful as they give you all the sauce you want. Raising Canes at least lets you substitute. The level ofservice at this location has gone down. I will gladly travel 4 miles further to get better customer service and some optionalsauce. I know they can afford to give sauce away without charging. Read more
Chicken Express has lost their minds! $15 for a 4 piece ($21.75 for a 7 piece) and they?re slightly bigger than a nugget! The... coleslaw has been bad each time and the tea is watered down. We used to love it here, but we can go to a steakhouse with thoseprices?won?t be going back, do not recommend. Read more

THEN, if you?d like some ranch to dip your gold platedtenders in, it?s another 75 cents for each Ranch Dressing!! I have not seen these prices at the other locations or a charge forRanch dressing.
