Monday nights my brother and I eat out. Usually there are a lot of highschool kids hanging out (Restaurant is across from the... high school). Customer service sucks. Ordered food that was going to take about 15 minutes to prepare and a bag of ice. The girl at the window... proceeded to give me the bag of ice after I paid and I asked if she could keep it in the freezer until my order is ready so itwon?t melt and she said ?no we can?t do that?. One of the saddest orders I have ever received from Chicken E. The "tenders" are more like Nuggets with the size. The breading... is sparse and and as crunchy as the fat off a steak. This place used to be great. They have reduced the size of the gravy and now want to charge you for an adequate amount. Prices... in tenders have pretty much doubled over the past 6 months and the no longer accept any coupons. What a joke! Read more
I go there at least once a week. I like their bone in Chicken because the batter taste great and the cuts of meat have been... consistently larger than KFC. Anyone can confirm this. This location is near a high school so often there are quite a fewteens in there which I am sure is good for their business. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere isrelaxing.
