Someone from this store stole my card information and the manager seems to not care that a worker there is stealing customers... card info. The worker intentionally didn?t give me my card back while I was waiting for my food to come to the window which mademe forget I didn?t get my card back. Once I realized I didn?t get my card back after going home I went back and got it. Naive ofme not to turn my card off thinking these are workers they wouldn?t do such a thing. The person waited a week to try to stealover $500 In Amazon charges off my card and actually was able to do 2 Lyft transactions. I?m going to be reporting the worker assoon as my claim info comes back! And I?ll be calling corporate 1st thing tomorrow morning! Read more
This is my first experience at Chicken Express and I mean it was all right super expensive and they didn't even have barbecue... sauce at this location which made me really really sad I feel like that's the number one thing you should have at a chickenrestaurant besides gravy which is cute but it's very Southern have a variety people love variety especially for two chickentender meals that costed above $30. My experience at this chicken E was that it was freaking everything I want from the restaurant! My chicken was big and juicy and... crispy! The gravy was thick and yummy! PRICES RAISED! $10.99 for a number 1. That is for 4 tenders, a drink, and a side...highway robbery! Unfortunately I won't be... back anymore these prices are crazy. Also either the tenders got smaller too or y'all just don't quality control the size iftenders, such a shame. The chicken today although not raw was a tad undercooked. The fat on the underside of the thigh was thick and white. The skin... was very oily (more than usual). The fried pickles were good however. Read more
I love the chicken here, however the service could be better! Lunch time have chicken ready people don't always have 15 to 20... minutes of wait time!!! I see the response here from the owner, however, I've tried that a few times & twice no answer and didget through once. 1st time to this establishment and wasn't sure what to expect. Ordered 2 combos. The gizzards were good and freshly made. The... chicken was a little over crispy and oily for my liking but flavor was good. The Mac and cheese is not preferred. The potatoesand gravy were decent. The signs everywhere says that it's .50c/ sauce packet. There I'd also a sign that says that they "ID anydebit/credit transaction" but that was far from what happens. Ordered 8 pc mixed. Waited over 20 minutes. 10 after order 10 after took payment. Received 3 thighs 3 drumsticks 2 wings. Guess... they don't know meaning of mixed but at least the number pcs were right. $25+. Thank God you didn't do spicy in there. VERYDISAPPOINTED. Raised prices please raise your service. Read more
