The quality of the chicken tenders has gone down drastically. I ordered a tender meal, got no gravy. The mashed potatoes are so... dry they are like paste and the jalapeño poppers were cold in the middle. Literally the whole meal was garbage. This locationused to be so good and the last few times I?ve gone it has been so disappointing. I will never go to this location again. The complete hate I saw in the eyes of the guy working the drive-through window was... chilling. He never said anything other than to say the price. When placing the order it comes with mashed potatoes when I got to window to pay I spent over sixty dollars they told me to pull... to the front and they will bring it when it's ready young men came out to say we have no mashed potatoes so I ask them to giveme my money back and cancel it then the said we can't give you the money the manager was not at the store at this time to giveme my refund I was there 45 minutes waiting that's sad I will not be going back Read more
Not tasty at all, very oily. Popeyes has better fry chicken. Even sauce has an extra charge in here.
4 piece snack-pack with fried okra, and sweet tea via drive-thru. Food taste and temperature very consistent, but the gravy... bowls are much smaller than before. One of the better franchises for fried okra. Sweet tea typically is too sweet so I get 1/2sweet, 1/2 unsweetened. Both sweet and unsweetened are available in gallon jugs. Just went to chicken express of course waited in drive through for 15 minutes to try to order. The not very smart kid who was... taking orders asked me what i wanted. I told him I wanted the 3 piece chicken all white meat. He proceeded to tell me whilelaughing he didn't exactly know what that meant! REALLY!!!! YOU WORK AT A CHICKEN PLACE! Never again! I told him to forget itand to let me speak to the manager who never came to talk to me! Fast food places are getting worse by the day.
