Visited through the drive thru tonight on 10/10/22. Ordered an extra roll and biscuit with each meal and both were missing, even... though the lady at the window (who was clearly under the influence) assured it was in the meal. Got home to eat and the chickenwas dry, hard, and overcooked, didn?t have a bag for the fries and looked like 1/3 order of fries. Worst chicken e in town. Read more
09/03/22 Every time we come here we?re overcharged fresh, hot chicken prices for old, dry, crust less chicken. You can?t charge... an extra fees for folks form of payment that you should accommodate, when the chicken isn?t giving. It?s a miss every time andthis will be our last time coming to this location. $21 for a 3 piece fish and 3 tenders.....charge extra for tarter sauce......wow......why are none if the employees and manager... wearing hair nets.....the a/c worker is allowed back there too without a hair net.....wow.....someone needs to look into thisoperation....... Read more
Beware of additional fees!!!! This store is trying to squeeze consumers. Chicken Express on 124 McPherson BLVD Fort Worth Texas... is now charging a fee if you use your debit or credit card. After reviewing my receipt I called the store to speak to themanger. She told me that I needed to speak to the owner if I wanted to discuss the fee. I asked her, when could I speak to theowner and she proceeded to tell me that the owner was never around. She was very rude when I asked her questions and hung up onme. Read more
Went thru drive thru and the girl that was on drive thru reg#3 7/12/2022 @ 3:15 pm. Was kind of rude. When we were ordering she... didn?t catch that we wanted a 3rd combo and said ?well damn? over the intercom. Also getting our food she was just yelling outthe order and we asked before we pulled off if there was any forks and spoons for the sides we got she said it?s in the box Whenwe checked it was not in box. The ONLY item I?ll order from now on is sweet tea. The food cost more than a normal chicken fast food restaurant to have chicken... over cooked, sides missing and cold roll. I don?t care about short staff, for you don?t short on the price. Read more
Very disappointing to get off of work, hungry!! You stopped to get Chicken Express because it?s convenient, only to get old... chicken wings!! Very disappointed! The manager was very nice, and talked with me while I had to wait for fresh fries. Some of the other team members also talked... with me while I waited. The food was fresh and hot even though I went 45 minutee before they closed. Compared to other chickenExpress I've been too this was by far the best. I'll be going back for sure! Read more
