I was very disappointed when I received my order. I bought a four count chicken strip. I bought it through the drive-through. I... pulled out of the line, bit out of the chicken, and it was cold. And what I mean by cold is when I put the food up against theglass of my car, it would not make any steam on the window. Needless to say that I went back. And when I spoke to the manager onthe phone, she told me I apologize for the food, not being up to my standards.I told her the food was cold. WHAT ABOUTCHICK-FIL-A Standards and quality? She gave me a refund and I left. I?m truly disappointed in Chick Fil A. The quality ofChick-fil-A restaurants has changed considerably for the worse. I used to work for Chick Fil A and I?ve been a customer evenbefore I started working there. I hadn't been to this location yet. The food & customer service is just as fantastic as it is anywhere. Very clean & pleasant. I... grew up in this area, went to the nearby high school when this whole area was still all cow pastures & empty fields. It's somind blowing to see all the growth in this area! When ordering and paying,service is great. When driving to pick up the order, it is always incomplete, missing items or drinks... half full. If you want the full price. You need to give us the order full. It doesn?t take much to fill up the cup. When I ampaying over $4 dollars for frosted lemonade, I expect to have a full cup and straws. If you guys are trying to save money byfilling less, customers will catch up on it. Read more
New to the area and I have never had such negative experiences from ANY other location. But this location is on a roll... Once... they charged but miscounted the number of biscuits, so we were short a meal when we got home. Then they didn't charge the two8ct nuggets I ordered, so I was short a meal when we got home. Today, my son refused to eat his Strawberries which are hisfavorite. They looked questionable. And even after ordering 4 meals, we only got 4 packages of sauce total. Incredibly stingy,that's definitely below their max. Again, Chick-fil-A has excellent customer service, but this one is a huge let down. I can'treply to the owner's reply, but the fact that they misspelled my name when it's right there only shows their lack of detail. Read more
Chick-fil-A never disappoints me and this one is proof of that. I will continue to come here as long as I?m in this area. This... is just a fantastic establishment. Like every Chick-fil-A there is a super long line, but that doesn?t mean you get your foodany slower. They have people outside with tablets taking your orders IN THE LINE. And those employees are so kind and helpful.They always start by saying ?Hello?, ?How are you doing??, and ?How may I help you?. Such amazing customer service. They evengave me extra sauce???? The food was phenomenal. Chick-fil-A always delivers the best food. Even though it?s fast food, thequality stays good. My chicken sandwich was nice and crispy, and the fries were soft and crunchy. The milkshake was delicious.The tortilla soup was perfect. The grilled nuggets were so yummy. I loved my meal.????
