I've honestly tried giving this location so many chances but honestly im fed up. If I pay for a large fry I better get a large... fry. I have lost count of how many times this has happened. They're definitely doing something differently here. Location looks great, orders always done right and ready on time as well as... served quickly. Premises are clean, staff looks exceptionally good and is always very respectful, kind and polite. Very muchdifferent from most fast-food places you walk into. Hats off. Read more
Frustrated that I got home to find the wrong order. I?m not going to drive back but what I got wasn?t even close to what I... ordered. I ordered a grilled wrap meal with a milk shake and got chicken nuggets a side salad and iced tea. Not only was it notwhat I ordered, but I threw out the tea as it was sweet tea and the whole meal was $4 less than what I paid. This is the only Chick-fil-A that gives you fries like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. EDIT...4 months later same fries.
Only issue I had with this location was tonight. I asked for no tomato on my deluxe sandwich. The cashier verified my order and... I got no lettuce with tomato instead of jus lettuce and cheese. Food was good though. Edit: 1/11/2022 I ordered a large frythese past two days and it looks like a medium. Why am I paying for a large if I?m only getting a medium. Plus they stuffnapkins on top of the fries and the sauce which pushes the fries down in the box even further. Other locations I been to fill itup all the way. Got to do better. So i went there today and normally i get a spicy southwest salad and i get no corn no beans and today the lady at the counter... said no we can?t do that because they come premade so i just said okay and moved on, but i know that it can be done all you haveto do is simply make another salad fresh which could take about 3 minutes at the most. I also work in food service so iunderstand if she was new but to me it felt like she simply didn?t want to make accommodations, and everyone knows that?s notthe chick fil a way. Read more
