Charlotte and Yannick helped me out and gave me the best service I have ever had here. In the past I have had so many problems... here and honestly always picked a different location over this one but I give THESE 2 associates only, a 5 star rating. Theylistened to me and helped me track a transaction that didn?t get points on the scan. They were polite, clear, and happy to helpme. I felt like they cared and wanted to better see how they could help me. They need more employees like these two at thislocation. We ordered chicken sandwiches and fries in the drive-through around 2:30pm on October 7th, and I just wanted to say, they were... the BEST Chick-fil-A sandwiches and fries I think I?ve ever gotten in my life. The chicken was so tender and the fries wereperfectly cooked with the perfect amount of salt. Please compliment the chefs who are preparing them at that time!!! Read more
I am a signature member with rewards and visit Chick Fil A multiple times a week. I have frequented this location since it?s... right by my house, but I will not be back anymore. They need some serious quality control training. Every time.. EVERYTIME, Myorder is either wrong or bad quality. I have received large fries that are no where near full, see picture taken on 09/05. Howdid someone think this was acceptable? Ordered a frozen coffee that took so long to receive it was melted. I had to park my carand go inside to get a new one. Ordered gallon tea half sweet half unsweet that was half tea half lemonade, like what??? Wereyou even listening?? Last week they gave my daughter lemonade instead of the tea we ordered. The list goes on and on.. this isnot your typical Chick Fil A experience, just skip it, guaranteed to disappoint. Read more
Horrible experience for a Chick-fil-A. When I arrived, the restaurant was calm, staff were cleaning and there were ample... workers. I was the only person standing in line to order and there was a group of team members hanging around. Eventuallysomeone asked a cashier to take my order. The cashier was in there own world and was obviously to me trying to scan my rewardsand didn?t provide me with my drink after I paid. I stated the order was for dine in and was handled a plastic table sign so myorder would be brought to me. I waited at least 20 minutes before realizing no one was coming. My dine in meal was packed in abag and placed in the to-go area. My meal was cold and my time was wasted. Read more
Normally good place but was disappointed as put a mobile order in picked up in drive through got back to the office and order... was missing 1 chicken sandwich and two fries. Called the store and they said no problem come back and we will give them to you.I explained that I did not have the time to drive back so please just credit my card and they said they couldn?t do that. Irequested that management be informed as this is a poor practice. Next time I will block drive through to check the order ( itwas an order for 7 people). One of my employees was missing a fry this was the second time in a row she didn?t get the fries sheordered. Luckily the other one and sandwich were mine not another one of my employees. Contact was made by management and theproblem was resolved. I appreciated the customer service that was given when a concern was raised. I've been to this particular chickfila several times because it is the most convenient for me. They leave things out of the... order and this most recent visit there was a piece of chicken, possibly raw, in my fruit cup. Instead of giving me a refund forthe fruit cup, as I had requested, they gave me a coupon for a free fruit cup and brownie. Like I would risk eating at thislocation again.
