Our food was $27 we had two cold sandwiches with wet buns from condensation. The girl at the window was very pleasant other than... that not so good reviews. The line wrapped around the building and there were three or four people in uniforms walking aroundout in the parking lot nobody helping anybody in the line so I don't know what they were doing but you were paying them to doabsolutely nothing from what I saw. I ordered a number #5 for carry out as I eat on the go due to my job. Fries were wayy too salty, seemed like they poured the... whole jar? it ruined my lunch. I called up there and spoke to someone over the phone to let them know. They offered to replaceit but I was already on the road and couldn?t drive back. They need to pay more attention to carry out orders as some of uscan?t go back to exchange the food. Read more
Zero stars. This place has changed so much. Children are running it. I had already don?t through the drive thru to fix on issues... for another issue to happen when I got home. Bruce you?d be so mean if had complaints either the owner has changed or managementjust in general sucks. How are you going to give me an empty bag for a kids meal?!? I come here a few times a month and everyone who works here is always great. But today, I witnessed something that made me want... to give them some kudos. A FedEx delivery man had dropped off some packages and was about to walk out the door. He was obviouslyhot, sweaty, and tired from working in this 100°+ weather. One of the Chick-fil-A workers stopped him and offered him a freedrink. Such a simple act of kindness, but his attitude completely changed and I?m sure it made his day. This place is always great! For dinner I usually get a spicy southwest salad. For an early although rare breakfast, like today,... I had a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal. My fave! Way better than McDonald?s. Oh and a coffee ???? The employees arealways respectful and never get the order wrong. This quick breakfast made my 1 hour commute to Plano (from Fort Worth) just alittle bit better. Read more
I usually love Chick-fil-A but this one is something else. Definitely not up to par. The customer service is not the best even... from the manager. The guy was rushing me so much he didn?t hear what I wanted and what I wanted taken off. So he just keptadding to my order. Read more
