So I used to live in the area but I have since moved to Oklahoma unfortunately, trying to get back to DFW lol anyways, visiting... the area I stopped in with my daughter to this location and had ordered our meal on the mobile app and sat down to wait for itto be brought to us. After waiting a what seemed like a while, I decided to check on my order. They did not have a record of myorder after speaking to the manager. He suggested I check my app to make sure I order the right location and sadly I did not. Iaccidentally ordered at the alliance location. He kindly said I would have to get my refund by calling the other location but hewould go ahead and get my order for me. When he brought it to our table I told him here's my card and he said no that's okaydon't worry about it and I said are you sure and he was like oh yeah no problem. That was so nice of him and he was veryunderstanding and helpful. I do recognize this manager from when I lived in this area before so I know he's been there a goodwhile and he's awesome! Just wanted to say thank you so much for the help and the meal! It was delicious as always! Upon callingthe other location to get a refund they said I would have to go in person with my card that I purchased the order with and sadlyI cannot do that right now because I currently live out of town. I love it, my elderly dad loves it and our dog loves their chicken nuggets. Best not to try to reheat the chicken nuggets in the... microwave though. Seems like a little bit of foil or something sticks to them and will likely kill your microwave. Read more
