I would give it a zero if I could. I was here around 5 p.m. The cashier are too busy to care about customer service because... they are trying to flirt with every young female that comes in. I placed my order there was Noone in there. I waited 33minutes for meal. They were busy joking around it was four guys working in there. Then when I asked them if my order was rightthe guy said "yea!" With a shocked look. I looked at my order it was wrong. I waited another 6 minutes to be acknowledged. Finally a different guy came up and asked me what's up. The same light skinned guy gave me the corrected order with no apology. The people you have running this Facility do not not care about customer service or professionalism. If your young cute theywill try to mack. You will continue getting compliant. Ordered curbside pickup so I would have to take my daughter out the car. Got an email saying it will be ready at 1:30pm and I... checked in online to let them know I was parked. I waited 15 minutes and still no one cam out with my food. I had to call 4times before someone finally answered so I can tell them I was in the parking spot. Waited 45 mins for food. Strangely my son who ordered after me, got his food. Claimed they had been calling my number when I was... standing there the entire time. When I had been asking for a status update, the employees kept shrugging their shoulders.Someone finally went and found the manager and he found what was supposed to be my order. And since he refused to give me arefund I took this sandwich which was supposed to be my order, only to find once I got home that it still wasn't my order. I am a regular customer at Charley?s inside Hulen Mall and I am always satisfied. I decided to try the new location on Mccart... and I am very disappointed. They charged me for fries and did not give them to me. I found a hair in my food (picture attached)and all the manager Mandy said was sorry but we wear hair nets. She then stated that we could bring back the sandwhich wheneveras if I?m supposed to hold it until I get a chance to go back out there. I also called them up to 6 times until they finallyanswered. I accidentally ordered online for pickup meant for delivery. I called as soon as I placed the order because the app does not... give cancel option. Manager responded ?Oh shit? to my situation. Asked me to call back. When I called from my phone he didn?tanswer. Called from another and of course, answered.
