As always great burgers and fries, and drinks. Fast service. Great staff. Love this place.
First tried the drive thru and nothing. Went in and was ignored while what looked like the manageron his phone. While waiting... they then were responding to the drive thru. So we then had to go back thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 hot dogs qhit Chile andcheese. One came with onion on it and the other with mustard. Then had to return them. And left them at the window as I didn'thave time to wait as I was on a lunch break. I paid 12$ for a frie and a drink. Read more
First time at a Burger Street, but I was pretty impressed. Service was fast and friendly. I got a small #1 combo with cheese... added. The burger was pretty big and tasted very good especially when considering this is fast food place, but it is a bitmessy. Fries also were good, they are seasoned curly fries, and they were packed in the container. It is a bit more pricey thanfast food restaurants, but worth it. Read more
Fantastic crew working the night of 01/31/2022! We came by and the young woman at the window was super polite and friendly... while we paid and received drinks. Even apologized for the wait (which was not long at all) and chatted with us a moment or twountil our orders were ready. The kitchen staff is clearly great as well because our meals were fantastic! It took me a long time to actually try Burger Street. The buildings look very old and cringy, (not very appealing for a good... meal). Until one day I just decided to go, and I am glad I did. The food was way better than I expected and now one of myfavorite burger places! The staff hasn't been so great in the past but today my order was taken by a lady named Lexi who wasvery polite! Some people just can't do customer service but she could and I enjoyed my visit today thanks to her! I gave 4 starsfor the food. My husband stopped here to get a couple of burgers. He ordered two burgers, two regular fries, 1 large fry and two unsweetened... teas. He came home with a bag that was poorly packed. I asked for no raw onions on my burger and there were indeed raw onions.No seasoning on the burgers. Missing the large fry which was for our daughter. My tea was sweet and his wasn't. Gave me the little burger charging me for the large burger, told me they were out of of big buns. I go to the one on Pipeline... all the time and they are wonderful. Will never come here again Read more
