So went through drive through. Guy kept pausing weirdly and interrupted me several times. Finally I drove off and didn't... complete my order because at the end someone else came on and I was angry by then about the lack of customer service. I got thefeeling he was laughing at something. There was nothing weird going on. So, I was confused. If you can't concentrate on your jobmaybe not be in that position. I then went to Taco Bell and bought food with them instead. Read more

I came to this location had a mishap with my order called the store and spoke with manager paul. He listened to me vent without... interrupting and apologized and told me i can come and he will fix the order. I came the next day and he personally took myorder and brought it too me. I visted this location earlier tonight. My stomach is still upset as I type this review. There were no cars in the drive thru... but service was slow. Unfortunately the fries were cold, the tomatoes tasted sour and the bun was stale. A little more than anhour after eating a portion of the meal, I became nauseous and vomited. I will not visit this location again. Read more

I enjoyed paying for the large fries and getting less than a medium. My bread was very tough. Idk about this place.

My first and last time eating at this location. They were extremely slow and it was no cars in the drive through which I ordered... through. When I got home which isn?t far my food was ice cold. So what was I waiting all that time for it sure want fresh food.I called and the manager wasn?t sympathetic at all. What a waste of my lunch. Read more

Buddy and I came here for Dinner on a Friday night. Dining room completely empty except for us and the drive through had 1-2... cars in it. Ordered our food at 6:11, was 6:31 when we received food (I checked the order time on the receipt). Friend and Iimmediately notice that neither one of us got our chicken nuggets. So we ask for those and wait. We get our nuggets and go sitdown. We both realize that our burgers are completely wrong so we go back up to the front to get them remade. Takes another 5-6minutes to get our new burgers. We go sit down again, and we realize that we both got shorted chicken nuggets. Also upsetbecause I had opened the ketchup packets we got with the food and I had put the ketchup on the tray, the burger was put down onthe ketchup when we got our food back which made a mess and neither of us had received any napkins nor were there any in thedining room. At this point we've been here over 30 minutes and I'm fed up so I go ask for a refund. Takes a lot for me to make astink at a restaurant but I 100% not eat at this location again. First time trying location. When I got home I saw that what was supposed to be a big king XL was just a double whopper with... lettuce and ketchup. I drove back and was told this was made correctly. (They never looked at my sandwich). I was surprised Igot any push back at all. I assumed it was an honest error... I am not going to argue about food, or eat anything someone waswilling to argue with me about. What wasn?t happening was a neat exchange of what I ordered vs what I got... so I thanked herand left. Money wasted. But now I know this is one of those BKs to avoid. Read more
