Made an online order for pickup on 10/10/22 around 10:00pm and when I drove up to Drive thru to get my food there was no answer,... after awhile I parked and walked up to the main entrance and it was locked but I could clearly see inside the kitchen and I sawa worker just chilling in the back without a care in the world making himself a coffee. We made eye contact for 2 seconds and hedisappeared. I called customer service and I was able to get my refund. This burger king is complete trash. So unprofessional!! Read more
We waited at the front of the Dine In line for over 10 minutes and NEVER had our order taken. They kept serving the drive... through multiple times while we waited. I ended up just walking out and dining at a different restaurant. Read more
Disgusting experience. Drive thru lady had food all over her hands and dirt/grime under her finger nails while taking my card,... and yet I did not get a receipt for my order. Wouldn?t speak and would make weird noises, Im sure she was under the influence ofsomething on the job. Took them 20 minutes to make one order. Only one car ahead of me. What an absolute disgusting experience. This drive thru is never busy which makes sense as to why they?re not busy ever. The... food tasted like it had been sitting since the morning. I ordered a Number 1 with onion rings and a Hershey pie. They forgot togive me the pie. I had to come back around. I bit into my whopper and it tasted so disgusting honestly. The meat was so grossand the onion rings were hard as a rock. My Hershey?s pie was given to me with no spoon and when I look at the box there?s apiece of meat on it and the box is filthy. Never coming back here again. I also never received my receipt so I can ask for arefund. Read more
Went here today about an hour ago. It was pretty slow nobody in the drive thru, maybe a couple cars. I've been wanting the spicy... ckicken sandwich for the longest. I ordered the #8 spicy chicken sandwich meal but I got the regular chicken sandwich mealinstead. Im very disappointed because it was very slow and they still could not get it right. Read more
This store is nearly brand new and is absolutely disgusting inside. No place to throw away our food, counters not wiped down,... the parking lot is flooded due to a leak that no one appears to be repairing, food all over the floor that appears to havecollected for longer than 24 hrs, food came out wrong and soaked in grease. It's obvious the owners and staff have very littlepride in ownership. Read more
This place is sorry, I was wanting a burger from here ordered online, show up to pick it up, the guy says he doesn?t know what... he?s doing and he is the only person there, couldn?t make my order before I had to go to work, couldn?t give me corporatesnumber, couldn?t give me a refund for my food he couldn?t make.
