Plain awful. My boyfriend?s Naked wings were like beef jerky. I ordered a Cobb Salad. The picture in the menu shows large pieces... of chicken and bacon. But the actual item had a few small bits of shredded chicken and bacon bits. The guacamole was brown.Couldn?t eat it after a few bites. Margaritas were the only thing I could ingest. Ordered online food was gonna be ready at 8:00pm . Got there and no one knew what time my food was gonna be ready . 30 minutes... later it?s ready shm!!! Get home and wings are small and dry like beef jerky with no sauce. Open my fries and they are also coldand dry . These were the worst wings I have ever had . Do not buy from this location. Read more
I?ve been going to this BWW since it opened at least once a week and I?ve generally had good experiences there. The bartenders... (heather and Haley) are great and serve drinks quickly and food is out at a timely manner. However, the manager there doesn?tcherish his regulars. I go in to watch hockey and ask for the games to be put on and the bartenders do, then the manger switchesit to college football ? two 3-6 teams that no one cares about or that no one requested. Looks me dead and the eyes and changedthe channel without asking if anyone is watching the game. Not to mention the guy who took my check didn?t even ask about therewards points. If you?re going to pride yourself on taking care of your customers and having any game at any time uponrequest, have all the TVs working and play the requests of the people who come in often. Terrible. Just close it down. Wings were small. The Nashville chicken sandwich didn?t have any Nashville sauce. Understaffed,... the waitress was very rude to me before we sat down. It says her name was ?Jonah? on the receipt , but idk if that?s truebecause she never came by the table other than to take our order. Even saw other people walk up to where they entered in ordersto tab out, or ask for napkins. Will never return. Would not recommend to anyone. Returned to give additional chances because I didn?t want to judge based off of one bad... experience. Unfortunately it?s a repeated pattern of bad service and appears to be a big opportunity for improvement ofmanagement in order to better serve their customers and waiting staff.
